Devin Schleidt is the founder of Schleidt Works, where he leads complex engagements across finance, operations, systems, and implementation. He works with businesses, municipalities, and organizations to improve performance, solve complex problems, and deliver results that hold up over time.

With more than fourteen years of consulting experience and a background spanning energy, finance, and technology, Devin brings a practical, execution-focused approach to his work. He is direct and analytical, focused on understanding how things are working today, identifying what needs to change, and moving initiatives forward in a way that makes sense in practice.

His experience includes leading large-scale energy and infrastructure initiatives, building financial models to support major corporate transitions, developing systems that improve operational performance, and designing programs that align incentives with measurable outcomes.
